The fifth auction to sell a number of residential and commercial properties from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate will be held on Dec. 9, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al Rajhi).
The properties include the Dar Al Wakalat Center, Al Kharaj Road warehouse, the new Ghobirah Complex, Al Khalidiya land, Al Shefaa Complex, Complex 17 in Al Khalkidiya, Khunshalila Villas, Khunshalila land plots 1968 and 2278, Complex 19 Al Khalidiya, Building 79 Wezarat, and Villas 42 and 43 in King Fahd district.
Tsfya Al-Rajhi held the first auction in May, when it sold four properties for SAR 644 million. The second auction saw the sale of two malls for SAR 385 million, and the third auction sold the Al-Quds plot for SAR 950 million.
Meanwhile, 12 properties were sold for SAR 295.5 million in the fourth auction this month.
Earlier this year, a court order formed a resolution to auction the estate of the late businessman, who was one of the founders of leading lender Al Rajhi Bank. He passed away in February 2011.
