Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. has launched its latest program to boost female employment across all branches in the Kingdom.
The jobs are available for holders of intermediate qualifications or secondary certificates in all sectors of the company, Al Othaim said in a statement on Sunday.
“These jobs come in line with the human resources development’s strategy, which aims to nationalize jobs through attracting Saudi youth and boosting Saudization rates in the private sector,” the company’s chief executive, Abdul Aziz Al-Othaim, said.
This comes through launching of training-to-employment programs in the retail sector and empowering women in all sectors, he added.
The Saudi-listed retailer has played a leading role in the training and employment of Saudi youth, through Al Othaim Training and Development Academy which was established in 2000.
