Saudi Cable shareholders to vote on FY16 financials on Dec. 18

Saudi Cable Co. has invited shareholders to attend an extraordinary general assembly meeting on December 18, 2017 to vote on the company’s financial statements for fiscal year 2016.

Shareholders will also review the board’s report, auditors’ report, the cable producer said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

Discharging of board members from liability and electing a new board for the next three-year term will be also on the agenda.

Earlier this month, the company said it expects to publish its annual financial statements for fiscal year 2016 by the third week of November, Argaam reported.

The Q3 2017 financial statements are expected to be published within seven weeks starting, Nov. 8.
