A total of 19 properties from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi's estate have been sold for SAR 2.27 billion in four auctions held to liquidate his assets, the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al Rajhi) said.
Four assets were sold in the first auction at SAR 644 million. The second auction saw the sale of two malls for SAR 385 million. The third auction sold Al-Quds plot for SAR 950 million while 12 properties were sold for SAR 295.5 million in the fourth auction.
The fifth auction will be held on Dec. 9 to sell 11 properties in Riyadh, with a total area of 145,000 square meters, Tsfya Al Rajhi added.
