SAMA asks banks to ensure clients sign all contract pages

Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) has asked all banks in the Kingdom to ensure that clients sign all pages of any contract between the bank and the client.

 

The decision is effective immediately, and is aimed at preserving the rights of both the banks and the clients, Okaz newspaper reported.
