Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) lawsuit against Saudi Aramco was postponed today to Jan. 23, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
SARCO submitted a seven-page commentary note to the court, and Saudi Aramco has requested time to respond, the statement said.
Last November, SARCO filed a petition to King Salman asking Saudi Aramco to pay SAR 137.1 million, to settle a dispute dating back to November 2011.
