SADAFCO authorizes board to distribute divided for FY17/18

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) general assembly on Monday authorized the board of directors to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017/2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board was also authorized to determine the eligibility and payment dates as per the Capital Market Authority’s regulations, the statement added.
