Almarai to deposit proceeds from fractional shares sale on Nov. 13

Almarai Co. sold 9,455 fractional shares on Oct. 24 at SAR 56.4 per share for a total of SAR 532,435.4, and will deposit the funds on Nov. 13, in the accounts of shareholders, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Last month, Almarai Co.’s extraordinary general assembly approved the board recommendation to increase capital by 25 percent to SAR 10 billion, from SAR 8 billion through a bonus share issue, Argaam reported.
