A fourth auction to sell a number of residential and commercial properties from Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi estate will be held on Nov. 18, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).
The properties include Almansora Complex, Al Batha new building, Alsalam Complex, Ghobirah old Complex, Almalaz Complex, Al Olaya Complex, Alzaher Workshop, Al-Eweidah Workshops, Alnamshan building, Almutlaq building, building 52 in King Fahad neighborhood, and the land and warehouses of Thulaim neighborhood.
Tsfya Al-Rajhi held the first auction in May, when it sold four properties for SAR 644 million. The second auction saw the sale of two malls for SAR 385 million and the third auction sold Al-Quds plot for SAR 950 million, Argaam previously reported.
Earlier this year, a court order formed a resolution to auction the estate of late businessman Sheikh Saleh, who was one of the founders of leading lender Al Rajhi Bank. He passed away in February 2011.
