SAIC appoints Saeed Al Muaither as acting CEO

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors has named Saeed bin Abdullah Al Muaither acting chief executive as of Sunday, Nov. 5, until a new CEO is hired, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Muaither, who is currently the company’s deputy CEO, holds 17 years of experience in the industrial, investment and business development fields.

 

Last month, SAIC said its CEO Saad Ammash Al-Shammary had resigned on Sept. 28 for personal reasons.
