Saudi Fisheries names new board chairman

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors has appointed Tarek Al Rumaim as board chairman for the current three-year term that started on Oct. 25, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

Nasser Al Sherif was also appointed as vice board chairman during the meeting held on Tuesday.

Board members also named the board secretary and the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

The audit committee, however, will be appointed in the next general assembly meeting, the statement added.
