General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) signs 25-year partnership agreement with Saudi Post to transfer the latter’s key distribution centers to the Kingdom’s three main airports, according to an official statement.
The distribution centers will be relocated from Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam to the air cargo villages in King Khalid International Airport, King Abdulaziz International Airport and King Fahd International Airport.
Under the agreement, customs clearing offices will be set up on a space of 5,000 square meter in each airport, while processing and distribution offices will open in the airport logistics hubs.
These deal will likely boost investments and is expected to increase the quality of services in the airports.
