Edaa deposits Almarai shares into investor portfolios

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) on Wednesday deposited the additional shares into investor portfolios following Almarai Co.’s capital hike, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Almarai’s extraordinary general assembly on Sunday approved to increase capital by 25 percent to SAR 10 billion, from SAR 8 billion through a bonus share issue, in order to raise the company’s share capital to its asset level.
