Osool & Bakheet issues Q3 forecasts; SABIC seen down 20%

Osool and Bakheet Investment Co. has issued Q3 2017 earnings estimates for several Tadawul-listed companies under its coverage. 

 

Among petrochemical firms, Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) is expected to report a year-on-year (YoY) profit decline of 20 percent to SAR 4.2 billion.

 

In the banking sector, Al Rajhi Bank is forecast to report SAR 2.2 billion earnings in Q3, rising 9 percent YoY.

 

Bank Aljazira is estimated to post a 19 percent year-on-year (YoY) hike in Q3 2017 earnings to SAR 190.5 million. 

 

In the cement sector, Arabian Cement Co. is projected to generate SAR 32.0 million in net profit in Q3, plunging 67 percent YoY.

 

Jarir Marketing Co. is seen reporting a net profit of SAR 258.7 million in Q3 2017, up 18 percent YoY.

 

Amongst the healthcare providers, Mouwasat Medical Services is projected to post the highest profit jump of 32 percent YoY to SAR 66.2 million.

 

Elsewhere, Almarai’s earnings are forecast to drop 7 percent YoY, while Herfy Food Services’ profit is seen to climb by 11 percent YoY in Q3.
