SIECO inks one-year deal to distribute Wafrah’s products

Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) on Monday signed a one-year contract with Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. to export, sell, and distribute Wafrah’s products in Iraq, Jordan, and North Africa.

 

Financial impact and developments of the contract will be disclosed in a timely manner, both companies said in separate statements to the Saudi bourse.

 

SIEC in March had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Wafrah to represent the company and distribute its products overseas, Argaam reported.
