Saudi Arabia’s ministry of labor and social development has decided to limit jobs at the car rental sector to nationals starting March 17, 2018, ministry spokesman Khalid Aba Al-Khail said on his twitter account.
The ministry is currently coordinating with officials to prepare for the new regulations, he added.
In April, the ministry signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Public Transport Authority to Saudize car rental offices and the drivers of ride-hailing companies.
