Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) on Sunday has registered the government’s 74.31 percent stake in its capital in the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) portfolio at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The Saudi government owns 3,096,175,320 shares in SEC.
This registration, which was made upon the government’s directives in compliance with Vision 2030, will not have any impact on the company, the statement said.
