The general assembly of Middle East Healthcare Co. (MEAHCO), which owns and operates Saudi German Hospitals, elected on Wednesday board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on Sep. 17, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The elected members are Subhi Batterjee, Khalid Batterjee, Makarem Batterjee, Sultan Batterjee, Saleh Hanafi, Ali Al Gwaiz, and Mohammed Moamena, the statement added.
Shareholders also approved establishing, managing and organizing the company’s fairs and conferences.
The number of board meetings was amended to at least four meetings each year instead of two.
