Al-Babtain to pay dividend for H1 2017 on Sept. 10

Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunications Co. will pay a 10 percent cash dividend (SAR 1 per share) for the first half of 2017 this coming Sept. 10, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders of record on August 20, 2017, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

Earlier this month, Al-Babtain’s board of directors recommended a 10 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 1 per share for the first half of 2017 amounting to SAR 42.6 million, Argaam reported.
