Saudi CITC allows reopening of Zain stores in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) allowed on Wednesday the Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia’s (Zain Saudi) stores in Riyadh to reopen.

 

The company has signed agreement vowing to rectify violations and implement customer protection regulations, CITC said in statement.

 

The telecom regulator has suspended the offices of STC, Mobily and Zain in Riyadh last week for transparency and customer protection violations.

 

The authority then allowed on Sunday the offices of STC and Mobily to reopen.
