Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) allowed on Sunday the offices of Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) and Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) in Riyadh to reopen.
The companies have signed agreements vowing to rectify violations and implement customer protection regulations, CITC said in statement.
The telecom regulator has suspended the offices of STC, Mobily and Zain in Riyadh on Thursday for transparency and customer protection violations.
