Dubai’s Arabtec inks AED 628 mln deal to build Damac villas

UAE’s Arabtec Construction has won a AED 628 million contract from Damac Properties for the design and construction of the main works for 1,296 villas at Akoya Oxygen in Dubai, it said in a statement to the Dubai bourse.

 

Arabtec will start construction this quarter and complete the project within two years. The villas are a part of the Akoya Oxygen project, a 55 million square foot development that includes Trump World Golf Club in Dubailand.
