Madaniyah names Al Morished as board chairman

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co.’s (Maadaniyah) board has appointed Mutlaq Al Morished as chairman of the board of directors for the current three-year term started on May 25, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Incidentally, Al Morished is also the chief executive officer at The National Industrialization Company or TASNEE.

 

The board also approved appointing Omar Najjar as vice chairman and Shaker Al Otaibi as secretary of the board of directors.

 

All tenures are effective from July 20, 2017.
