The fluctuation limit on Al Jouf Cement Co.’s stock after capital hike will be based on a share price of SAR 7.37, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by Thursday, July 20.
On Monday, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved a board recommendation to increase capital by 10 percent to SAR 1.43 billion, from SAR 1.3 billion, via a bonus share issue.
Shareholders of record at the general assembly meeting day, and those who were registered at the Edaa two days after the general assembly meeting are eligible to receive the bonus shares, the cement producer said in a separate statement.
