Al Kathiri Holding Co. went limit down to hit SAR 24.8 per share on its first trading session on the Nomu Parallel Market today.
A total of 240,000 shares were subscribed at a value of SAR 6.2 million, through 147 transactions, at the average of one transaction per 1,633 shares.
Al Kathiri is the ninth company to list on Nomu since the parallel market was launched in February.
The company – which is engaged in the field of contracting, wholesale and retail sale of building materials – floated 26.1 percent of capital, or 819,000 shares, Argaam reported earlier.
