Wafrah postpones general assembly on lack of quorum

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. (Wafrah) was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on Monday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
