Saudi Industrial Export, Wafrah extend MoU by three months

Saudi Industrial Export Co.​ and Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. have extended a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for an additional three months starting from June 25.

 

The financial impact of the deal, if any, will be announced later on, both companies said in separate statements to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Saudi Industrial Export signed a three-month preliminary deal in March with Riyadh-based Wafrah to market its products overseas.
