Registration of Makkah white lands to close July 27

Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry said on Sunday that registration of white lands in Makkah will close within 40 days.

A total of 5 million square meters of taxable white land has been registered in Makkah, according to Mohammed AlMudaiheem, supervisor for the white land tax scheme at the housing ministry.

The first phase of white land fees includes undeveloped lands which are allocated for residential or commercial use in Makkah and spread over a minimum area of 10,000 square meters, Argaam earlier reported.
