The Riyadh Gallery Mall and a plot of land next to it, from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate, will be auctioned soon, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).
Riyadh Gallery is a property built on a 123,000 square-meter (sqm) land plot, with a vacant 30,000 sqm plot next to it, ready for investment.
Last month, four properties of the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate were sold in an auction in Riyadh for a total value of SAR 644 million: Toarn Center, Electron Center, Souq Al Riyadh, and a 400,000 sqm plot of land in As-Sulay.
Earlier this year, a court order formed a resolution to auction the estate of late businessman Sheikh Saleh, who was one of the founders of leading lender Al Rajhi Bank. He passed away in February 2011.
