Taleem REIT units added to investor accounts

Taleem Real Estate Investment Traded Fund’s (Taleem REIT) units have been added to the investor accounts today, the Securities Depository Center Co. said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Earlier this month, Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Saudi Fransi Capital's request to offer, register and list Taleem REIT units on Tadawul as Real Estate Investment Traded Fund.

 

The SAR 285 million fund was offered between May 10 and 16.
