SADAFCO completes liquidation of 3 subsidiaries

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) said it has completed the liquidation and the cancellation of the commercial registrations of its fully-owned subsidiaries—National Sight Holding Co., National Buildings Real Estate Co., and United Gulfers Transport Co.

 

The registrations were cancelled on May 23 by the Ministry of Commerce and Investments after SADAFCO submitted all necessary documents to the ministry, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

Last July, shareholders approved liquidating the three subsidiaries, which have been inactive since incorporation in 2008, Argaam reported earlier.

 

Earlier this month, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved the three companies’ liquidation report and the cancellation of their commercial registrations.
