Walaa approves changing name to Walaa Cooperative Insurance

Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have approved changing the company’s name to Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co., the insurer said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

The decision came during the general assembly meeting held on Sunday.
