Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry said on Tuesday that a total of 4.5 million square meters of taxable white land has been registered in Makkah to date.
Landowners are requested to complete the required registration by no later than July 27, 2017, the ministry added on its Twitter account.
The first phase of white land fees includes undeveloped lands which are allocated for residential or commercial use in Makkah and spread on a minimum area of 10,000 square meters, Argaam earlier reported.
