Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) signed an agreement on Wednesday to renew credit facilities worth SAR 259.27 million with the National Commercial Bank (NCB), according to the company’s statements on the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The credit facilities, which are secured by a promissory note, will go towards funding working capital requirements and opening new branches, the company added.
The credit period is for one year between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018, the statement added.
