Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company (Trade Union) received approval on May 7 from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to open 40 offices across the Kingdom, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
Trade Union will open offices in locations including Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Ahsa, Makkah, Tabuk, Baridah, Jazan, Dammam and Khobar.
The company aims to expand its presence across Saudi Arabia to promote various types of mandatory and optional insurance, and support the training and employment of Saudi nationals in the insurance sector.
Trade Union expects the expansion to positively impact sales starting next quarter, the statement added.
