Nama Chemicals extends lease worth SAR 21 mln

Nama Chemicals Co. has extended a lease contract worth SAR 20.7 million per year of an office building that is owned by its subsidiary Nama Investment Co. for three years starting April 21, 2018 to April 20, 2021, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

   

The office building is located in Jubail Industrial City.

 

Nama Chemicals owns 95 percent of Nama Investment, while Arabian Alkali Company (SODA), which is an affiliate to Nama Chemicals, owns 5 percent.
