Saudi Arabia’s Petromin, a lubricants and automotive services company, plans to build 240 gas stations across the Kingdom by 2020, it said in a statement on Thursday.
Each station will create at least 110 jobs, 30 percent of which will be filled by Saudi nationals, said Samir Nawar, Petromin CEO.
High lead times can stall progress on key projects, so more collaboration between concerned stakeholders is necessary to simplify and expedite the permit process, he added.
