Dubai-based TIME Hotels plans to open a four-star hotel in the emirate’s Al Barsha district, which will aim for an 80 percent-female workforce, the hospitality company said on Tuesday.
The 232-room TIME Asma hotel will provide jobs for over 100 women, said TIME Hotels CEO Mohamed Awadalla.
Set to open in Q4 2017, the hotel will have two floors reserved exclusively for female travelers.
The TIME Asma Hotel is one of many upcoming projects in the pipeline for the company, with new hotels scheduled to open in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Luxor, Riyadh, Jeddah and Doha over the coming 10 months.
