The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (Medgulf) renewed a number of agreements for next year at its extraordinary general assembly yesterday, it said in a statement. Below is a list of those deals, as compiled by Argaam.
1) Medgulf’s contract with Midivisa, which indicates a 3.5 percent commission from total premiums, was reapproved. Last year’s contract was worth around SAR 77 million.
2) Shareholders also renewed agreements with Sanaya Clinics for next year.
3) Medgulf’s deal with Saudi Investment Bank was also reapproved. Total value of Medgulf’s deals with Saudi Investment Bank and Sanaya were worth over SAR 184 million.
4) A deal with Alistithmar Capital, which was worth SAR 55.6 million, last year was reapproved.
5) Another agreement with Saudi ORIX, valued at SAR 27.8 million last year, was renewed.
6) Contracts with Safari Group, valued at SAR 16.7 million last year.
7) An agreement with Saudi Ground Services Company for next year. Last year’s contract was worth SAR 76.1 million.
8) Next year’s contracts with Khalid Abdullah Alshathry Co., Medgulf-Bahrain were also approved.
