Three shareholders file claim against Mouwasat

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. received on April 17 a statement of claims filed by three shareholders to the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD), asking to annul an extraordinary general assembly (EGA) held on Dec. 26, 2016.

 

Mouwasat has 30 days to respond to the claim, it said in a statement to Tadawul Tuesday.
