The second Saudi-UAE bilateral retreat is set to start Thursday in Riyadh, with the participation of high-level delegations from both countries.
The “Retreat of Resolve” meetings that are part of the framework of the Saudi-UAE Coordination Council, will include sessions and workshops where public and private sector officials will discuss economic, knowledge, military, security and political cooperation.
The first edition of the “Retreat of Resolve” meetings took place in Abu Dhabi in February.
The Saudi-UAE Coordination Council was set up in May 2016 to provide the ideal model for bilateral cooperation to consult and coordinate matters of mutual interest in all fields.
The council is co-chaired by Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed al Nahyan.
