SARCO postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) was forced to postpone its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
