Saudi Pension Agency nominates new board member for Tabuk Agricultural

Saudi Arabia’s Public Pension Agency (PPA) has nominated Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Dayel to serve on Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) board as an independent member representing the agency, TADCO said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Bin Dayel will replace Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Abdulmunim, effective from March 9, 2017.

 

He has 17 years of experience in the banking, food and investment sectors, and has served as an advisor to the PPA governor.  He is also a board member in several companies, the statement said.

 

TADCO’s board of directors will vote on PPA’s recommendation in the upcoming session.
