Allianz Saudi Fransi appoints new chairman

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. has appointed Abdel Rahman bin Hamad as the new chairman of the board, after receiving approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

Bin Hamad holds a bachelor's degree in information systems, and serves as a board member for several joint stock companies, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
