Saudi German gets SAR 100 mln Islamic loan from NCB

Middle East Healthcare Co. (MEAHCO), the owner and operator of the Saudi German Hospital (SGH) brand, sealed on Thursday an Islamic Tayseer facility at a total value of SAR 100 million with National Commercial Bank (NCB).

 

The facility is valid until July 2017 and will be used to finance the company’s working capital requirements, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The loan, which was guaranteed by a promissory note, could be repaid in monthly, quarterly, biannual installments, or in lump sum.
