The UAE Ministry of Energy on Sunday announced revised fuel prices for February, with an approximately 5 percent increase across all grades as compared to this month.
Motorists will pay AED 2 per liter for Super 98, AED 1.89 a liter for Special 95, and AED 1.82 for E Plus.
Diesel will cost AED 2 in February, up 3 percent from this month.
In January, Super 98 cost AED 1.91 per liter, Special 95 was AED 1.80 and E Plus was AED 1.73.
Fuel prices in the UAE are set every month by a committee led by the ministry of energy, and are linked to global crude prices.
Brent futures have gained over January, following a deal between the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-member producers to limit output.
