Al Alamiya appoints board chairman, managing director

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance appointed on Monday Ali Hussain Alireza as chairman of its board of directors, while Khalid Allagany was named managing director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The insurer also elected members to the board’s audit, investment, remuneration, nomination, risk, disclosure and executive sub-committees for the new term.
