Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) will file a request to Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), to raise its capital before August 31, the Saudi contracting company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The firm is in the process of preparing the application, which will incorporate H1-2015 financial results announced on July 26.
Al-Khodari’s board of directors recommended last November a capital raise of SAR 500 million through a rights issue, according to data compiled by Argaam.
