Foreign ownership on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) through swaps agreements declined across 53 listed firms on Monday, while 40 other stocks witnessed an increase, according to market data compiled by Argaam.
No change was seen in the equities owned by qualified foreign institutional investors (QFIs) and their approved clients.
Foreign investors bought the largest number of shares through swap deals in Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO), increasing their position by 0.2 percent to 2.7 percent.
National Gypsum Co. came second with an increase of 0.18 percent to 1.15 percent.
