Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance said that it has decided to withhold cash dividends for 2014.
It also agreed to discharge members of its board of directors from their duties for the last fiscal year
The decisions came at its latest general assembly meeting, which was held on Tuesday.
By the end of 2014, the insurer had reported a 135 percent increase in profit before Zakat, at about SAR 15.3 million.
